Job changes! They will happen en masse if jobs aren't voluntarily changed up. This means people will be pissed! While it's understandable that a great many people like to play their melee's(I sure as hell do, but often can't), we do need mages to succeed guys~. As of right now, we still need 2 blm, and 2(preferably 3) rdm for CS stun (so only /drk need apply here).
I'm also wondering if there are people who don't know what mages will be needed for what job, honestly, so here's the basic(though not written in stone) lowdown:
Generally on CoP runs (not including Tavnazia), we need 3-4 whm, 4-5 blm, 5-6 rdm, 3 pld, and 2 thf (sac pulls etc). Special cases would be 2 brd for valkurm for soul voice Lullaby. More cor and brd are nice also to buff the rest of the folk that we need as DD.
For Towns and Beaucedine and non DL Xarcabard, we need 2-3 pld per melee ally, 3 whm minimum, goes up with more people. 4-5 blm (more welcome), at least 1 brd, 3-5 rdm (to help with sleeps and cures, not just refresh), and 2-3 thf (TH/shooting statues), and the rest are DD.
Xarcabard(Dynamis Lord), 4-5 pld, 6 rdm(/drk), 3-4 whm, 5 blm (though more are welcome if we have numbers), 3-4 brd (for buffs/etc), and HEAVY DD(sam, rng, war, drg, mnk, drk). For non DL runs, see towns/Beaucedine.
If there are low numbers of any of these jobs on any particular run, please change job if you can.
